Top Echelon Network Recruiters Win Two Awards for Largest Split Fee

PR Web

Canton, OH (PRWEB) July 25, 2013

Top Echelon Network, an elite recruiter network of highly specialized search firms, recognizes its members for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.

The Network recently recognized Network recruiters John Moskonas of The ARGroup of Search Companies and Kirby Butler, CPC of The Butlers Co. Insurance Recruiters for winning both the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award and the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter Award. The awards were for the month of June and the second quarter, respectively.

THE TOP FIVE SPLIT FEES FOR THE QUARTER:
In addition to Moskonas and Butler, the other largest split fees for the second quarter were made by the following Network recruiters:

   •      Kirby Butler, CPC of The Butlers Co. Insurance Recruiters and Mike McDonough of General Search and Recruitment
   •     Alan Daum of Alan N. Daum & Associates, Inc. and Lisa Reitz of Automationtechies.com
   •     David Kersey of Kersey & Associates, Inc. and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search
   •     Michael Petras of Lodestar Executive Search, LLC and David Brandau of Midwest Executive Search

ABOUT THIS RECRUITER AWARD:
Top Echelon Network determines the monthly and quarterly award winners based upon two things, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of cash-in dollars earned as a result of those split placements

In the case of the Largest Split Fee of the Month and the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter, the sole determining factor is the size of the placement fee.

ABOUT THE ARGROUP OF SEARCH COMPANIES:
The ARGroup of Search Companies specializes in Accounting and Finance, typically at the $100,000 range and above for candidates with a combination of both public and private experience. The firm has been a Preferred Member agency in Top Echelon Network since January 3, 2012.

ABOUT THE BUTLERS CO. INSURANCE RECRUITERS:
The Butlers Co. Insurance Recruiters connects people with people specializing in Insurance, Safety, and Risk Management on a national and international basis. The firm has been a Preferred Member agency in Top Echelon Network since July 6, 1993.

QUOTABLE:
“Top Echelon Network is pleased to congratulate both of these recruiters,” said Network President Mark Demaree. “Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to Top Echelon have certainly paid off, and we wish them even more Network success in the future.”

ABOUT TOP ECHELON NETWORK:
Nearly 400 recruiting agencies from all major industries are part of Top Echelon Network, founded in 1988 and based in Canton, Ohio. Network recruiters can search open job orders and qualified candidates, set up automated email alerts, and share information with each other for the purpose of making split placements.
