Tomorrow: First Public Meeting for 2013 Farm Bill Conference Committee

WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Rep. Austin Scott, R-Ga. (8th CD), issued the following news release:

House and Senate Agriculture Committee leaders will convene the first public meeting for the 2013 Farm Bill conference committee tomorrow, October 30, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. ET in room 1100 of the Longworth House Office Building (the Ways and Means Committee Room). The agenda for the meeting of conferees will include opening statements and discussion of H.R. 2642, The Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management Act of 2013.
