The General Utilizes Acrometis’ CLAIMExpert Claims Processing Platform

Acrometis reported that it has successfully implemented provider eBilling for Permanent General Companies and its affiliated insurance companies, which advertise as The General.
In a release the company said that leveraging Acrometis' CLAIMExpert claims processing platform, The General will now be able to process Personal Injury Protection (PIP) bills. The EDI implementation was completed in under 60 days.
"Acrometis understood the complicated details of properly handling PIP nationwide, and their team was able to deliver a solution for us in under 60 days utilizing CLAIMExpert. Acrometis offers automated claim processing platforms designed specifically for the workers' compensation and PIP industry.
The General Automobile Insurance Services (The General) is a licensed insurance agency that is a subsidiary of PGC Holdings (PGC) which is owned by American Family Mutual Insurance Company.
