TCI Business Capital Addresses Continued Growth, Adds to Management Team

In an effort to keep pace with its continued growth, TCI Business Capital added two key employees to its management team in recent months. Mark Hueg and Kevin Standa joined the TCI Business Capital team in important roles, and will play a vital part in supporting the continued growth of the company and serving clients in the oilfield and trucking industries.

Hueg joins the TCI Business Capital team as the Senior Vice President, Underwriting & Risk Management. His primary roles will include credit management, risk management, and risk management education.

Hueg possesses a BA in Business Administration and Financial Management from the University of St Thomas and brings more than 25 years of experience to the TCI team. Prior to joining TCI Business Capital, Hueg held credit and collection management positions with Ryerson, Inc., Lawson Software, Phillips Plastics Corporation, ADC Telecommunications, and Norcraft Companies. Hueg also holds a Certified Credit Executive designation from the National Association of Credit Management.

Standa joins TCI Business Capital as a Relationship Manager in the Collections and Cash Applications department. His primary roles will include managing the collections and cash applications workflow, interacting with customers and educating team members and customers on the collections process.

Standa possesses a BA from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Prior to joining TCI Business Capital, Standa held relationship management and business development positions with United Technologies Aerospace Systems.
