Strativity Group Announces The First Customer Experience Management Boot Camp for 2011

ROCHELLE PARK, N.J., Jan. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Strativity Group announced today the launch of its Customer Experience Management Boot Camp, a free ten part web-based academy to be delivered throughout the year starting in January 2011.  The CEM Boot Camp is available as a complimentary learning experience due to the generous sponsorship of leading vendors - Astute Solutions, Attensity, MarketTools, RightNow Technologies, Tealeaf Technology and Verint. The CEM Boot camp, from the creators of the CEM Certification creators, will provide participants with complete framework for design and deployment of a holistic customer experience strategy.  

The Strativity 2011 Customer Experience Management Boot Camp, which begins its inaugural run in January 2011, is the only such program available to business executives, customer service managers, CRM and brand professionals, customer loyalty and insights managers as well as corporate practitioners who are interested in specializing in customer experience management and successfully implementing CEM strategies. The boot camp sessions will be led by Mr. Arussy, one of the world's leading experts on helping companies develop a customer centric operation and culture, along with co-presenters from the sponsoring partner firms.

Each of these ten programs will be offered as a live web-delivered event as well as on an on-demand basis following it. Each program recording will be available for the duration of the program year and available through Strativity Group and the individual sponsors' websites.
