WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Steve Stivers (R - OH) announced his yearly Job Fair for all constituents of Ohio's15th Congressional District. Over 50 Columbus-based businesses will be participating in the Job Fair, including Nationwide Insurance, Huntington Bank, Ohio Health and Worthington Industries.
"There are a number of challenges facing our country today; and, job creation and economic growth remains the top priority for American individuals and families," said Rep. Steve Stivers. "From my many local stops and meetings throughout the 15th District, it is clear to me that while our economy is slowly making progress toward recovery, there is still much work to be done. That is why, I'm hosting this Job Fair for my constituents."
Stivers' Job Fair will take place on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The Ohio State University Farm Bureau 4-H Center, located at 2201 Fred Taylor Drive, in Columbus. Constituents participating in the Job Fair are invited to bring their resumes and attend multiple workshops offered, including, Tips and Tools for Resume Writing, Tips for Interviewing, and a workshop specifically for veterans.
All constituents of Ohio's15th District are invited to attend. Parking for the event is free and there is no cost to participate in the fair.
