Sperry Van Ness® Announces Property Management Survey Results

PR Web

Irvine, CA (PRWEB) May 07, 2014

Sperry Van Ness International Corporation recently conducted a survey of property management executives in order to identify issues they were facing in the industry. From the results, the company has identified the "Top 5 Things That Keep Property Management Executives Up At Night." The white paper, which is available for download here, shows an overwhelming consensus of property management executives struggle with business development.

In discussing the results of the survey, Sperry Van Ness International Corporation President and CEO Kevin Maggiacomo said, "With an increase of out-of-state owners, both private and institutional, it was no surprise that most of these local and regional firms are struggling with generating a pipeline of new business." Mr. Maggiacomo went on to say, "This is why the Sperry Van Ness® franchise model provides independently owned and operated property management businesses with a nationally recognized brand and resources including a Master Insurance Program, sustainability products like SVNgreen, direct access to a national brokerage community, preferred vendor discounts, and opportunities for national accounts."

With over 40 million square feet under management, the Sperry Van Ness® organization was listed as the 12th largest commercial real estate property manager by Commercial Property Executive magazine (July 29, 2013). With the Sperry Van Ness® brand, property managers receive the management tools, training and platform to grow their business every day plus an opportunity to expand into other services like brokerage.
