The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, material, supplies and equipment to construct concrete encased duct bank systems, install fiber optic cable which is Government Furnished Material (GFM) in duct banks, install 1-12 pr #19 Copper Telecommunication Cable as provided as GFM in duct banks on the Airfield at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Jamaica NY in accordance with the attached specifications and AMS clauses.

This is a secure side of the Airport and requires adherence to the PANYNJ, FAA and TSA Security regulations and requirements at all times. The successful contractor is required to obtain services of a PANYNJ approved security escort firm which are identified in Section 00 73 63-Page 8.

A mandatory Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. - Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the FAA Regional Office located at 159-30 Rockaway Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11434-4809

Offerors must submit list of attendees to [email protected] no later than Noon- July 7, 2014.
