The A-10 SPO will be hosting an Industry Day for the subject requirement from 2-3 April 2014 at Hill Air Force Base, UT. The purpose of this Industry Day is for market research and early industry involvement. Specific details follow: 1) Location: Building 1295, POE Conference Center, Hill Air Force Base, UT, 84056. 2) Time: 8:00AM (Mountian Time) - 4:00PM (Mountian Time) on 2 Apr 14. 12:00PM (Mountian Time) - 4:00PM (Mountian Time) on 3 Apr 14. 3) Your firm is encouraged to bring no more than two representatives as meeting space may be limited. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any costs associated with this Industry Day. 4) For those contractors requiring base access, you need to contact Trena Held at 801-777-8413 and/or mailto:[email protected] AND Daniel Rusch at 801-777-7580 and/or mailto:[email protected]. If driving, you will need to provide: 1) Full Name; 2) Date of Birth; 3) Driver's License Number; 4) State of Issue; 5) Vehicle Registration; 6) Proof of Insurance. If someone will be meeting you that day, you will need to provide: 1) Full Name; 2) Date of Birth; 3) Driver's License Number; 4) State of Issue. THIS MUST BE PROVIDED TO MS. HELD AND MR. RUSCH NO LATER THAN 26 MARCH AT 3:00PM MOUNTAIN TIME. 5) All attendees will be briefed on the requirement to begin. After that, the floor will be opened up to discussion with all attendees. Following that, there will be individual sessions provided for each firm and a lunch break will be scheduled. Specific agenda/Industry Day slides will be provided NLT 31 March to all scheduled attendees. 6) All firms need to provide the Government with a list of prepared written questions NLT 3:00 PM Mountain Time on 1 April.
