SCCP Group Founder And CEO, Jerome Cle, To Step Down As CEO

PARIS, Dec. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SCCP Group announced today that its founder and CEO, Jerome Cle, will be stepping down from his position as CEO, effective immediately. Cle will continue to serve the innovative m-commerce business, which he built into a significant player in the mobile payments industry, as board director and strategic adviser.

In order to ensure continuity of operations, the board will appoint an executive management committee led by Etienne Van den Bogaert, CTO and acting CEO, and formed by Doug Merryman, president Americas, Erik Holst-Roness, chief strategy officer and president, MEA, and Benoit Delestre, president Europe.
