Nov. 06--Putnam County Common Pleas Court

The following were indicted following Wednesday's session of a Putnam County grand jury.

Brentt M. Richardson, 19, 151 Third St., Cloverdale; unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Kirt C. Brinkman, 36, 225 E. Sugar St., Leipsic; domestic violence and felonious assault.

Catherine E. Wilson, 25, 2145 N. Dixie Highway, Lot 12, Lima; theft and burglary.

Ricky L. Davis, 55, 211 Willow Lane, Simpsonville, S.C.; four counts forgery (uttering), four counts identity fraud and theft by deception.

Jeremy J. Detwiler, 22, 10921 Road 20-J, Cloverdale; breaking and entering, receiving stolen property, theft and burglary.

Dana M. Cherry, 32, 3135 Road Q, Pandora; possession of drugs, theft and receiving stolen property.

Natalie R. Golich, 29, 700 Central Ave., Findlay; possession of drugs, theft and receiving stolen property.

Greg Newhouse, 31, 18087 Road L-18, Apt. 60, Cloverdale; non support of dependents.

Baldemar Alafa, Jr., 42, 601 Fairview Ave., Lima; two counts non support of dependents.

Dispositions/Oct. 28

Olea M. Barrera, 35, 4829 Farmer Mark Road, Bryan, was granted judicial release. She was placed on three years community control, must obtain employment and undergo counseling. She was originally convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Michelle L. Byrne, Delphos, was granted a divorce from Kent A. ByrneCloverdale. They were married Sept. 29, 2007 in Cloverdale, and have two children.

Kimberly A. Evans, Ottawa, and John J. Evans, New Albany, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 11, 2001 in Glandorf, and have two children.

Dispositions/Oct. 30

The Huntington Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure against Arnette M. Rosebrook, Ottawa, in the amount of $50,276.04, plus interest and costs.

Nelson Manufacturing Co., Ottawa, was granted judgment against Northern States Transportation, Inc., Hutchinson, Minn., in the amount of $34,513.45, plus interest and costs.

The Huntington Bank, Columbus, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Kevin N. Garrick, Leipsic, and Linda S. Garrick, Leipsic, in the amount of $29,477.54, plus interest and costs.

Bradley T. Gasser, Fort Jennings, and Sharon A. Gasser, Fort Jennings, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 30, 2003 in Ottawa, and have two children.

Connie L. Williams, Columbus Grove, v. William P. Williams, Columbus Grove; complaint to enforce.

Putnam County Municipal Court

Dispositions/Oct. 24

Jacob E. Garrick, 21, 1600 Road 1, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: $50 fine. He also pleaded guilty to failure to display. Sentence: $50 fine.

Anthony Q. Woodley, 39, 1720 Brookwood Drive, Lima, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension in violation of license restrictions. Sentence: $250 fine. He also pleaded no contest to having two headlights required. Sentence: $15 fine.

Dispositions/Oct. 28

Jayson R. Bame, 37, 223 Plum St., Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to FRA/non compliance suspension. Sentence: $1,000 fine, $750 suspended.

Dispositions/Oct. 29

Austin J. Hopkins, 23, 11349 Lippleman, Sheronville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension, with three days credit upon completion of DIP. Charges of seat belt and marked lanes were dismissed.

Danielle Peterson, 38, 608 Basinger Road, Pandora, pleaded guilty to two counts passing bad checks. Sentence: Three days jail, suspended, $50 fine, with $115.90 restitution to Pizzeria.

Wilfred W. Jerwers, 35, 523 S. Perry St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: Three days jail, suspended, $50 fine, with $70 restitution to Pizzeria.

Dispositions/Oct. 31

Richard L. Davenport, 22, 1012 N. Boyer St., Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $50 fine.

Steven E. McClure Jr., 20, 1040 E. Second St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six-months license suspension. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Joshua L. Swaim, 38, 5000 Mirror Lake Drive, Lima, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension. Sentence: $100 fine. He also pleaded no contest to expired registration/plates. Sentence: $25 fine.

St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, default judgment v. John E. Sulfridge, Continental, $516.71, plus interest and costs.

Preferred Anesthesia, Fort Wayne, Ind., default judgment v. Julia Bauer, Continental, $159.71, plus interest and costs.

Columbus Grove Family, default judgment v. Richard E. Brisson, Jr., Columbus Grove, $795, plus interest and costs.

St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, default judgment v. Roberto Puente, Leipsic, and Alesha Puente, Leipsic, $1,795.40, plus interest and costs.
