The Detroit Job Corps Center is seeking formal bids for a public address system for our Center' that enables mass communication, as well as send necessary emergency alerts, and also interact within our offices, dorms, Recreational Center, and classrooms via our Cisco phones and other audio components.

**All participants in this bid must be eligible to work on federal grounds**

Valid References 4. Detailed Warranty & Service Information 5. All Company Credentials (licenses, bonds, and insurance(s)) 6. Availability 7. Itemized pricing of all labor, equipment (excluding cable), and parts. 8. Ability for alerts must be sent to students and staff during times of emergency 9. Announcements/Alerts can be made throughout hallways 10. Paging microphones with stands 11. Job must be completed by December 31, 2013 due to CY ending

Center walk through will be open to all parties interested on Monday, December 2, 2013 @ 3:30pm EST at the service address noted above. Please ask for Mrs. Raquel Welch of Purchasing Mr. Sean Rouse MIS Dept. upon arrival to our front Security gate.

Please confirm your attendance to Center walk through by Wednesday, November 27, 2013 @ 6:00pm EST via email at [email protected] including your company name, number of attendees (limit is three per company), guests names & titles. Valid ID must be present to be allowed on Center.
