This is a solicitation synopsis is for MT-1 Processing Services (for Letters of Map Amendment (LOMAs); Letters of Map Revision-Fill (LOMR-F); and Letters of Determination Review (LODR) in support of the FEMA Risk Mapping, Assessment, and Planning (Risk MAP) Program which is 100% set-aside for small business. The MT-1 process allows property owners to submit property specific information to FEMA to determine if the purchase of flood insurance is mandatory for their home. Information on Risk MAP can be found on FEMA's website (http://www.fema.gov). This announcement constitutes only the synopsis for this solicitation. This requirement is a small portion of the services sought under RFI HSFE60-13-I-0013 (A-H). The anticipated contract type is mixed, but it will primarily be Firm- Fixed- Price. The anticipated contract length is a one-year base period of performance and four one-year option periods. The NAICS code of this procurement is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services). Product Service Code (PSC) B506. This procurement is a small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19, small business size standard of $14.0 million. Work shall be performed at the contractor's location.
