The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary Big Sandy located in Inez, Kentucky, is issuing this solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE (BREAD & DAIRY ITEMS). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311991, dairy and bread products. Delivery dates will begin in October 1, 2014 (exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary Big Sandy, 1197 Airport Road, Inez, KY 41224. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value.
