Personal Property By-Peril Rating Regulation Adopted

MONTGOMERY, Ala., Sept. 27 -- The Alabama Department of Insurance issued the following news release:
The Alabama Department of Insurance has adopted Insurance Regulation No. 152 (Chapter 482-1-152), which sets forth requirements for separate rates by peril in personal property rate filings and disclosure of separate premiums by peril on declarations page, billing statement, outline of coverage and comprehensive policy checklist, or on some other document that will be readily seen by the insured.
