Use of the Paychex Online Mobile app requires a Paychex Online Single Sign-on account. Once registered, the same single user name and password used to gain access on a laptop or PC is also used for tablet access. There’s no additional setup or different login. Employers don’t have to use the tablet app for their employees to use it. If the employer has a single sign-on account, an employee can gain access to the tablet app with a user name and password provided by the client’s administrator.

To use the Paychex Online Mobile app, clients must have a Paychex Online Services user name, password, and PIN, acquired with creation of a Paychex Online Single Sign-on account. Users also must have a wireless Internet connection and an Apple iPad.
