PADRM Announces the Addition of Four New Attorneys to Firm

PR Web

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) April 08, 2013

The law firm of Pia Anderson Dorious Reynard and Moss (PADRM) welcomes four new attorneys to the PADRM law team. Scott R. Hoyt, Adam L. Hoyt, and Tyson Snow join the firm as partners, and John Mertens joins as a new associate.

Scott R. Hoyt is a senior litigator for PADRM. His practice is focused primarily in insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, health care, intellectual property, and labor and employment. Prior to joining PADRM, S.R. Hoyt was senior partner in the litigation department of Gibson Dunn and Crutcher, LLP in Dallas, Texas. He has handled insurance coverage litigation and a full range of commercial litigation for high-tech industry clients. S.R. Hoyt graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, an honor society for law school graduates.

Adam L. Hoyt joins the PADRM firm with a focus in insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, and complex commercial litigation. In practice, A.L. Hoyt has worked with a variety of insurers, businesses, contractors, and individual clients throughout Utah, Texas, California, and Montana. A.L. Hoyt is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was the associate editor of the Oregon Law Review.

Tyson Snow specializes in intellectual property, employment law, and commercial and business litigation. He merges management-side employment litigation with IP practice, as it polishes his abilities to meet the needs of clients where intellectual property and employment law overlap. Snow has represented several Fortune 100 companies and many Utah employers, both large and small, in employment-related administrative and litigation matters. Snow graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law.

John Mertens joins PADRM with an emphasis in business and complex litigation. Prior to PADRM, Mertens practiced with Latham and Watkins LLP in Los Angeles, followed by Levy, Small and Lallas in Bel Air, California. He has represented clients in trade secret, real estate fraud, lender liability, corporate control, and factoring. Mertens is a graduate from the University of Michigan Law School.
