Optimal Blue Secondary Services Appoints Karin Good as SVP, Secondary Operations

Optimal Blue Secondary Services (formerly known as Secondary Interactive), a developer of a pipeline risk management system, continues to strengthen its leadership team by appointing Karin Good to the position of Senior Vice President of Secondary Operations.

According to a release, in this role, Good will direct Optimal Blue Secondary Services' capital markets strategy and overall business operations. Good will also play a critical role in guiding the continued development of the pipeline risk management and best execution platform.

Good, the company noted, brings an extensive and diverse secondary marketing, capital markets and senior management background to the Optimal Blue team, having worked at JP Morgan Chase, First Union, GE Capital, Aurora Bank and most recently as SVP of Capital Markets at WJ Bradley.

With a 20-year record of progressive career advancement in the financial services industry, marked by a consistent ability to creatively develop untapped market opportunities, Good is a seasoned leader in residential mortgage pipeline management with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing secondary marketing teams. Her expertise covers hedging, securitizing, risk analytics, trade operations, loan delivery, lock desk and pricing models and strategies. She has experience directing the issuance of mortgage private label securities in secondary markets for a top originator as well as expertise in whole loan acquisitions and sales across agency and non-agency mortgage products.
