Murray County sexual harassment lawsuit resolved [The Daily Citizen, Dalton, Ga.]

"I don't mind saying this on the record -- I think what we have here is what
Poston was asked if he could speak to how the lawsuit was settled.
"Well, of course, that's part of the nature of the settlement, the agreement, that there is no discussion of any terms," he replied. "The interesting factor is that Charlene is very well-liked in county government, and all along her values as an employee have never been challenged by the other side. And the good news is she will continue to work there."
Mathis took over representing the county for
"(Kinnamon's) the county attorney, and any comments need to come from him if any can be made at this time," he said.
Kinnamon said he understood the suit is now resolved.
"I haven't seen the document yet, but it is supposedly settled," he said. "There's a confidentiality agreement, of course, where we can't really discuss much -- and I don't know that they've really signed off on it yet -- but I think we have agreed to terms. But we don't want her to breach the confidentiality agreement, and of course, we don't want to either."
