-- Amanda F. Blevins, 34, of Harlan, failure to appear;

-- Sampson Blevins, 47, of Evarts, second-degree criminal trespassing, alcohol intoxication in a public place and resisting arrest;

-- Jeanne Evelyn Carlton, 54, of Lynch, alcohol intoxication in a public place and third-degree criminal trespassing;

-- Carl Edward Collins, 49, of Harlan, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and fourth-degree assault;

-- Santos Contraros, 27, of Harlan, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, license to be in possession, reckless driving, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no registration plates and no registration receipt;

-- Jessica Nicole Creech, 32, of Baxter, contempt of court;

-- Darren Farmer, 31, of Wallins, failure to appear;

-- Paula Denise Gregory, 33, of Harlan, theft by unlawful taking shoplifting, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespassing;

-- Dustin Ray Hensley, 21, Harlan, failure to appear;

-- Ashley Holly, 18, of Cumberland, failure to appear;

-- Bobby D. Huff Jr, 18, of Wallins, fourth-degree assault;

-- Bobby Huff Sr., 48, of Wallins, alcohol intoxication in a public place, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and third-degree terroristic threatening;

-- Tommy N. Ingersol, 47, of Baxter, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license, no operator's/moped license and license to be in possession;

-- April Johnson, 39, of Cumberland, failure to appear;

-- Jamela Johnson, 27, of Harlan, failure to appear and non-payment of fines;

-- Rebecca Johnson, 41, of Closplint, fourth-degree assault;

-- James Curtis Lewis, 25, of Baxter, public intoxication by controlled substance (excludes alcohol);

-- Ashley North, 19, of Harlan, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs,

-- Misty L. Osborne, 26, of Cumberland, criminal trespass;

-- Heather L. Osborne, 24, of Cumberland, failure to appear;

-- Douglas Jay Peace Jr., 30, of Closplint, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to wear seat belt, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, failure to or improper signal, no brake lights, no tail lamps and non-payment of fines;

-- Christopher Robbins, 29, of Wallins, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, no operator's or moped license;

-- David Darrel Sergent, 54, of Cumberland, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to wear seat belt;

-- Dennis Wayne Short, 30, of Stoney Fork, non-payment of fines;

-- Jessica Lynn Smith, 23, of Evarts, non-payment of fines and failure to appear:
