Miller Barondess Introduces 2 New Partners, Mira Hashmall and Amnon Siegel

Miller Barondess, announced it has named two new partners, Mira Hashmall and Amnon Siegel. Mira and Amnon join partners Skip Miller, Brian Procel, Sasha Frid, Dan Miller and Erik Syverson.

According to founding partner Skip Miller, "Mira and Amnon have really come into their own as litigators. We're proud and pleased to have them as partners in the firm."

Miller Barondess has grown from a firm of three lawyers to twenty- three lawyers and is continuing to expand. In 2013, the firm added four new attorneys, took on thirty percent more lease space, and is diversifying its practice areas and client base.

New partner Mira Hashmall has a track record of success. She has experience representing clients in a variety of litigation matters in state and federal court. Mira has represented clients in contract, product liability, toxic tort, trade secret, entertainment, corporate governance, antitrust, real estate, construction, and labor and employment cases.

Mira has represented clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling to appellate proceedings. She has been appellate counsel in matters involving employment claims, real estate projects, contract disputes, whistle-blower actions and malicious prosecution claims. She also has significant experience representing clients in anti-SLAPP litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Partner Amnon Siegel has experience prosecuting and defending actions in state and federal court and arbitration. He has successfully litigated cases involving a broad range of disputes, including lender liability, entertainment and music law, intellectual property, finance, trade secret, real estate, franchising, partnership disputes, government litigation and insurance bad faith.

Amnon understands the needs of clients. He thrives in trial, having served as trial counsel and been part of trial teams in bench and jury trials, as well as arbitration hearings before one and three-person panels in JAMS, AAA and FINRA.
