Martha Allen Joins Munich Re as Client Executive for Managed Care and Reinsurance Solutions Unit
By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Weekly News -- Munich Re announced that Martha Allen has joined the Munich Health North America reinsurance team as a Client Executive in the Managed Care and Reinsurance Solutions unit. With over 25 years of experienced leadership in the managed care reinsurance space, Martha's expertise in business development, underwriting and risk transfer, and large claim management, will add tremendous value to the team. She has worked with many health plans and healthcare providers nationwide as they sought ways to transfer risk and mitigate large healthcare claim exposures. Most recently, Martha focused on bringing specialty pharmacy cost containment solutions to her clients.
"Martha brings a vast amount of experience to the table. Her ability to understand the perspective of both the broker and the risk carrier will enable her to be very successful in developing solutions that address the needs of our clients," said Dave Sipprell, President of the Managed Care and Reinsurance Solutions unit.
"Having known and worked with members of the Munich Health team for over 20 years, I am truly honored to join this intelligent and collaborative group," Martha said.
