Lisa Treadwell Assumes Employee Benefits Vice-Presidency at Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - John Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Lawson-Hawks Insurance Associates, announced the recent appointment of Lisa Treadwell as the Vice President of Employee Benefits for the Mountain View, CA based insurance intermediary and broker.
Addressing Ms. Treadwell’s appointment, Miller said “Ms. Treadwell brings with her to Lawson-Hawks an incredibly impressive work and service background. She has spent over twenty-two years in virtually all facets of the Employee Benefits marketplace in positions including consulting, plan implementation and managing both customer servicing personnel and large client accounts. She is a consummate professional who not only brings a vast working knowledge of Employee Benefits coalitions, trusts, Joint Power Authorities and pooled insurance products, but is also possessed of incredible coaching and managing skills. Having spent over twelve years consulting, servicing and managing at Keenan & Associates in San Jose, CA, she developed a book of business that exceeded eleven thousand lives and twenty million dollars in annual premium. Prior to joining Keenan, Lisa was with Thoits Insurance Service in Palo Alto where she began her career in Employee Benefits as a client account manager”.
Ms. Treadwell will head a team of client account managers, assistants and dedicated marketing personnel who oversee the day-to-day Employee Benefits servicing needs of a vast array of medium and large sized business clients, public entities, JPA’s and associations. Asked about her recent appointment, Ms. Treadwell said “I am extremely excited to join Lawson-Hawks. Ms. Treadwell resides in the Campbell, CA with her three sons. She is the holder of both a California Life and Disability and Fire Casualty Insurance license. She is the previous recipient of the “Presidents Club Award” for her sales activities, as well as being designated as the “Manager of the Year” by Keenan & Associates.
