Keystone Insurers Group raises record funds for Autism

NORTHUMBERLAND, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Keystone Insurers Group, one of the nation’s largest property and casualty insurance brokers, today announced it raised in excess of $37,000 to benefit families in Indiana affected by Autism. The fundraiser was established to raise money for the company’s corporate cause – Autism Awareness.

Keystone’s Indiana Vice President Neal Williams said the grand prize, donated by Lucas Oil founder Forrest Lucas, consisted of four tickets to an Indianapolis Colts game, overnight accommodations at the Marriott Downtown, dinner at a local Indianapolis restaurant and a private tour of the Lucas Mansion. All proceeds were donated to the Autism Society of Indiana.

“The response we received was overwhelming,” Williams said. “Many of our partner agencies and carriers volunteered their own time and money to help organize and support the event.

“We believe in what the Autism Society of Indiana does and the level of support they provide statewide. It was an absolute honor to be able to present the Autism Society of Indiana with that check,” he added.
