J&B Medical Supply Announces the Victor Automatic Voice System

PR Web

WIXOM, MI (PRWEB) August 21, 2013

The professionals at J&B Medical Supply, a leading distributor of incontinence, diabetes and urological medical supplies, has recently added “Victor,” the Victor Automatic Voice System, to its staff. The Victor System aids customers who are in need of medical supplies in choosing how and when their supplies are ordered.

For those who rely on medical supplies, constant trips to the pharmacy or drugstore used to be a fact of life. With J&B’s mail-order system, home delivery for medical supplies makes it easy and convenient for patients to get the supplies they need delivered straight to their doors. However, in today’s hectic world, with busy schedules and constantly changing regulations, patients can easily forget to reorder their supplies on time or not realize that they need to supply additional information before their orders can be fulfilled.

In such cases, Victor places after-hours calls to customers, when it’s more likely that they will be home. Victor can collect patient information via phone and share relevant updates with patients, such as prescriptions that need to be renewed or information that may be required to complete an order. Through Victor, J&B’s customers can confirm needed supplies in upcoming orders, and receive important account and service information.

“Victor is able to call our customers at times that are convenient for them to confirm upcoming orders and eliminate the need for our customers to have to remember to call us.” said Beth Shollenberge, RN. “He is always in a good mood, and is willing to help customers with order confirmations, provide general information, or even allow the customer to ask for a call back from one of our representatives during normal business hours should they have further questions.”

Victor offers a greater level of convenience to customers. Customers can confirm their upcoming orders with Victor just as they would with a live person.

For example, when records show that a customer is in need of diabetic supplies, Victor can call the customer and determine what supplies the customer has on hand and what needs to be shipped. If the phone is not answered or no one is home, the Victor system will leave a message asking for a call back. If Victor can reach the customer, he will then proceed with helping the customer get the products they need – delivered to their home so they can continue to go about their daily lives without worrying about running out of necessary medical supplies.
