ITC Releases SCJ to TurboRater in California

PR Web

Carrollton, Texas (PRWEB) September 22, 2014

Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC), a leading provider of marketing, rating and management software and services, announced today the release of rates for SCJ to TurboRater, its personal lines insurance rating software, in California.

"We want our agents and brokers to succeed by having access to their carriers so they can produce quick and accurate rates for their clients," said Don Hobdy Jr., vice president of sales at ITC. "SCJ is important to the California independent insurance agency, so adding their rates to TurboRater was a priority for us."

A web-based comparative rating system, TurboRater allows independent agents and brokers to provide quotes from multiple insurance carriers fast and accurately to their clients by automating the quoting process. TurboRater reduces the opportunity for errors and inconsistencies and saves agents and brokers time because they use only one website and a single entry screen to compare premium quotes for several carriers.

"SCJ is excited to work with ITC in making our programs available on TurboRater," said Melody Johnson, president at SCJ. "Throughout the process, the ITC team has been great to work with. They have proven to be diligent and have shown great attention to the details of accurately rating our programs. Having our programs on TurboRater will enable more brokers to access our programs, giving their clients more options when choosing their insurance provider."

Accessible from an Internet-connected PC, laptop or tablet, TurboRater is available in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.
