IDMI Systems and GhostDraft Partner to Deliver User-Driven Document Creation to Insurers

PR Web

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 23, 2014

GhostDraft, an innovator in document automation and customer communications, today announced that IDMI Systems, a leading provider of real-time insurance policy administration software, has selected GhostDraft to provide users of their Policy Tracking System (PTS) with the ability to create policy forms, memo's and other customer communications. GhostDraft software will enable PTS customers to manage their forms and document libraries independently, which will drive efficiency and bring new products to market faster.

Responding to a growing demand from clients to be able to control their policy forms and other customer communications, IDMI Systems is extending PTS. PTS users will gain GhostDraft's advanced enterprise document composition and management capabilities. The integrated solution is fully supported by IDMI Systems, and will improve the ability of PTS users to create their own policy documents such as declaration pages, schedules, forms and other customer communications.

IDMI customers will be able to continue using all of their existing documents they have created in PTS. Customers can migrate their existing documents to GhostDraft over time, while taking advantage of the advanced capabilities of GhostDraft for all new documents, ensuring a seamless transition to the new capabilities.

"To stay competitive, carriers and MGAs are under great pressure to introduce new and innovative products, and cut the time it takes to bring them to market", said Kurt Jackson, Executive Vice President of Sales for GhostDraft. "PTS enables carriers and MGAs to respond quickly to new market opportunities. GhostDraft is excited to provide business-driven document creation that improves the ability of PTS customers to create and manage all of their policy forms and documents in-house."

In its search for flexible user-driven document creation, IDMI sought a partner that shared its approach to technology and the market. GhostDraft was selected because of the company's dedication to providing carriers of all sizes with, enterprise-class advanced capabilities previously not available to smaller carriers and MGAs. GhostDraft also shared IDMI System's goal of empowering business users to setup and manage insurance products without the need for deep technical knowledge or skills.

"With GhostDraft, our customers can now create everything they need in-house to bring a new product to market, and do it all from inside our PTS system", said Tim Cunningham, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at IDMI Systems. "The integration of GhostDraft with PTS allows us to continue improving the business user experience and provide our clients with even greater and simpler control over their documents. With GhostDraft, we can now empower our clients to easily create and modify forms and other documents without the need for any technical expertise."
