Hylant Names Kip Irle as National Practice Group Leader [Manufacturing Close – Up]

Hylant, a privately owned insurance brokerage firm, announced that industry veteran William D. (Kip) Irle has joined the company as captive risk practice leader.

According to a release, Hylant CEO Michael Hylant made the announcement.

"A 20-year industry veteran, Kip is recognized nationally for his expertise in captive and alternative risk programs along with his creative and strategic approach to plan development and execution," said Hylant. Prior to joining Hylant, Irle served in national and global positions with companies including Aon and Marsh where he oversaw growth, program development, program repositioning and relationship management. In these roles, he developed the strategy and processes for connecting content and solutions assets to high-value clients and prospects.

He brings these skills and experiences to Hylant where he will drive the Captive Risk Practice Group's strategic and operational initiatives as well as provide high-level support to the company's 14 offices. His areas of expertise include: large casualty, loss sensitive program design, program collateral analysis, credit and alternative risk finance structuring, M&A due diligence, cash flow analysis, and private equity industry sales leadership among others. Industry areas of specialization include real estate and technology.
