HealthPass Surpasses Enrollment Milestone

More than 10,000 Employees Participating in Small Employer Health Insurance Plans

NEW YORK, March 14, 2007 – HealthPass, a New York City-based non-profit group which offers cost-effective health insurance solutions to small employers, announced today that more than 10,000 employees are now enrolled in its programs. 

HealthPass, an innovate partnership between the New York Business Group on Health, the City of New York and the health insurance industry, offers small businesses appealing health insurance options that allow their eligible employees to choose a plan that fits their medical needs and budgets from a wide range of choices. HealthPass serves small businesses and non-profit organizations in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess and Putnam counties.  More than 2,500 employers currently offer HealthPass plans to their employees and families.
