Greenup County indictments

Nov. 22--GREENUP -- The following defendants were named in indictments returned recently by a Greenup County grand jury:

--William D. Thompson, 43, of South Shore, charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.

--Everett E. Arnett, 44, of Salyersville, charged with third-degree drug possession, tampering with physical evidence and public intoxication.

--Jennifer L. Mitchell, 47, of Salyersville, charged with tampering with physical evidence, first-degree drug possession, third-degree drug possession, driving under the influence and no insurance.

--Brian C. Gillum, 27, of Greenup, charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and second-degree persistent felony offender.

--Joseph Ross McCann, 28, of Friendly, W.Va., charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

--Brian Freeman, 48, of Westwood, charged with first-degree bail-jumping.

--Jimmy L. Kaveski, 40, of Glasgow; Paul L. Snyder, 39, of London; William A. Brewer, 40, of Raceland; Shelly B. Green, 47, of Ashland; Eric T. Davis, 44, of Louisa; and Jeana C. Miller, 31, of Greenup, all charged with flagrant non-support.

A grand jury indictment is a formal accusation of a crime and does not establish guilt.
