Greenberg Traurig Attorney Kelly Dobbs Bunting Presents on International Labor and Employment Law
Bunting recently moderated a panel of speakers on the topic as part of a global webinar that included participants and faculty in several continents. The webinar, “What U.S. Lawyers Need to Know About International Employment Contracts and Secondment,” addressed a wide range of issues important to in-house counsel, human resources professionals and outside counsel, including:
- employment agreements and compensation and benefits issues in employment agreements
- compliance and risk management in secondment and cross border employment arrangements
- conflict of law
- representing the ex-patriot employee
- arrangements for temporarily transferring employees to international positions
The webinar was the third in a series presented by the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law.
