Jose Molina recently joined Grant Thornton as a principal and leader of its Financial Services Advisory Enterprise Risk Management practice, based in Chicago.
"Jose's proven leadership and experience directing interdisciplinary teams aimed at assessing, enhancing and implementing financial and operational risk management processes will be invaluable assets to our clients," said Warren Stippich, Grant Thornton's national Governance, Risk and Compliance Solution leader and the leader of the Chicago office's Business Advisory Services group.
"As we demonstrated last month with the addition of Ilieva Ageenko to lead our Model Risk Management practice, Jose's arrival highlights the firm's continued commitment to building deep financial services advisory capabilities," added Nigel Smith, Grant Thornton's U.S. Financial Services Advisory leader.
Most recently, Molina was a managing director within the Financial Services industry practice at Accenture PLC, leading financial risk management and finance transformational programs.
Grant Thornton is the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International, an organization of independent audit, tax and advisory firms.
