GEICO to Hold Military Veterans Job Fair on December 9

Public invited to interview for open positions on December 12

WOODBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GEICO will hold two separate open house events for prospective job candidates –– December 9 for U.S. military veterans and December 12 for the general public.

Interviews will take place at GEICO’s regional operations office at 750 Woodbury Rd., in Woodbury, N.Y.

GEICO expects to fill more than 100 job openings during December and January for positions in its sales, service and claims departments. Among the open positions are: sales professionals, claims service representatives, liability claims representatives, customer service representative, and auto damage adjuster trainees.

The requirements for the open GEICO positions are a high school diploma or GED, except for the liability claims representative position which requires a college degree.
