Free tax help to begin Monday at H. Odell Weeks Activity Center
The service is for people with low to moderate incomes. Restrictions apply on some types of income.

To have a return prepared, a person will need:
--a picture ID (bring spouse if filing a joint return)
--
--W-2 for every job worked in 2014
--1099 for all bank interest, dividends,
--last year's tax return
--any other relevant information.
This year, for the first time, people must bring documents about health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, including Form 1095-A, as applicable.
Returns will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
