Fletcher, Farley, Shipman & Salinas, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Neil P. Solomon to the firm's Austin office and Alex J. Bell, Melissa A. Warburton and Lisa M. Yerger to the office in Dallas.
Alex Bell brings to the firm experience handling a variety of cases and civil appeals with complex research issues and motions. His practice focuses on complex and construction litigation, personal injury defense, products liability, professional liability as well as general tort defense. Alex is also a part-time Adjunct Professor and Lecturer in Advocacy at Baylor Law School. He was previously an Assistant District Attorney and Chief of the Appellate Division in the McLennan County District Attorney's office.
Neil Solomon's practice focuses on corporate and government entity litigation defense, vehicular accidents, construction, premises liability, product defects and injury claims. He also represents employers in civil rights and employment litigation.
Melissa Warburton is an accomplished litigation attorney with experience handling all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice concentrates on insurance coverage and bad faith claims, insurance defense, premises liability, transportation defense as well as general tort liability.
Lisa Yerger has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation from beginning to end including pre-litigation negotiation. She has successfully tried a number of cases to jury verdict. Her practice centers on catastrophic injury, products liability and premises liability, transportation and insurance defense.
