Fixmo and Joyent Bring BYOD Security, Management and Compliance to the Cloud

Partnership Enables Organizations to Secure, Manage and Monitor BYOD Deployments using Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GigaOM STRUCTURE—Fixmo, the mobile risk management (MRM) company, and Joyent, the cloud infrastructure performance company, today unveiled a partnership to deliver cloud-based mobile security and corporate data protection solutions to enable secure, managed and compliant bring-your-own-device (BYOD) deployments in a massively-scalable cloud environment. The companies will jointly offer Fixmo’s defense-grade mobile solutions for BYOD security, device management, data loss prevention (DLP) and compliance assurance through Joyent’s carrier-grade SmartDataCenter cloud infrastructure.
