Banking

Freedom Bank hired David Chudy and Tara Hickson-Parks as vice president commercial real estate lending officers for its Maywood and Guttenberg locations.

Chudy previously served as vice president of commercial lending and business banking at Wells Fargo Bank, Banco Popular, PNC Bank, Citibank and Bank of New York, gaining more than 30 years of banking industry experience.

Hickson-Parks most recently served as a lending officer at First Commerce Bank and gained more than 19 years of banking and financial industry experience working with Provident Bank of New York, Carver Federal Savings Bank, Banco Popular and HSBC.

Consulting

FWMA, an environmental consulting and remediation firm in Parsippany, hired Sean M. Morgan, P.E. as an environmental engineer.

Bringing more than 20 years of wideranging technical experience to the role, Morgan previously served as environmental department director for Conklin Services & Construction.

Morgan earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York

Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering and construction management organization, promoted Andy Paluri to New Jersey area manager. He will work in the firm's Lawrence ville and Newark offices.

Paluri previously served as the firm's northeast region planning, environmental and traffic manager.

With more than 27 years of experience in transportation systems engineering, Paluri also serves as the transportation subcommittee chair for the American Council of Engineering Companies Consulting Engineers of New Jersey.

Event Management

Professional Management Associates, a trade association management company based in Hillsborough, hired Andria Lajeunesse, CEM as manager of meeting services.

Lajeunesse joins PMA from the Craft & Hobby Association where she served as the events and exhibitions manager. She also spent eight years with International Exhibitions in Houston as the logistics and events manager.

Health Care

Kennedy Health Alliance, a network of primary and specialty care medical practices throughout southern New Jersey, named Dr. Greg Taylor as medical director. He will be responsible for clinical oversight of Kennedy Health Alliance practices.

Taylor has been a member of the Kennedy Health Alliance since 2013 and practices Family Medicine at the Alliance's Washington Township office.

Taylor graduated from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New JerseySchool of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001.

Law

IVfichael J. Forino joins the Hackensack office of Archer & Greiner P.C., where he will continue to practice in the area of commercial litigation.

Forino previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Roger W. Daley, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.

Forino received his law degree from New York Law School, where he served as an executive board member of the Moot Court Association and president of the International Law Society.

Daniel Makoski joins the Clinton office of Gebhardt & Kiefer P.C., where he will continue to practice in the areas of tax law and estate planning.

After graduating from Ramapo College and Widener University School of Law, Makoski received his Masters of Laws in Taxation from New York Law School.

Marketing

Tim McAuliffe joins Oxford Communications, a full-service marketing agency in Lambertville, as a media strategist McAuliffe will work with a variety of clients in the retail, tech and health care industries to help maximize marketing campaigns.

McAuliffe previously served as the managing director for a Buckingham, Pa.-based marketing firm and brings more than 14 years of multi-channel marketing experience to Oxford.
