Sept. 27--Jason L. Nugent, 40, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served.

A bench warrant was issued for Mary B. Semar, 47.

Michael A. Miller pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Miller was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

William Gregory Stevenson, 34, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, and possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines. Stevenson was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served on the second and third charges, and 45 days probation after four days served on the first charge. Stevenson was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Gregory Clark pleaded guilty to an unspecified charge, and was sentenced to 90 days probation after 20 days served.

A bench warrant was issued for Jody W. Grant, 39.

A bench warrant was issued for Scottie Lee Clemons, 37.

Veronica Howard pleaded guilty to speeding 14 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was referred to State Traffic School. Howard was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Steven Gary Smiddy, 42, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the first degree; terroristic threatening in the second degree, which was amended to third degree; terroristic threatening in the third degree, and alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense. Smiddy was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served on the final three charges, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $233 in court costs.

Jim. E. Furgerson, 41, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Furgerson was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Paula Spagnola, 40, pleaded guilty to no operator's/moped license; no/expired registration plates; and no/expired Kentucky registration receipt. Spagnola was ordered to pay $60 in fines and $203 in court costs.

James Stacey Decker, 39, pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and was sentenced to 45 days probation after two days served. Decker was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Sheila Quinn, 59, pleaded guilty to theft by deception including cold checks under $500, and was sentenced to 10 days probation after two hours served. Quinn was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Nicholas K. Snyder, 20, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with a minor injury. Snyder was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

James Nowlin, 69, pleaded guilty to indecent exposure in the second degree, and was sentenced to 60 days probation. Nowlin was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Steven G. Smiddy, 42, pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Corey C. Williams, 27, pleaded guilty to public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol, and was sentenced to 60 days probation. Williams was ordered to pay $233 in court costs.

Joey L. Peterson, 36, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence with no visible injury, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Peterson was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Jacob D. Minoque, 26, pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree with a minor injury, and endangering the welfare of a minor. Minoque was sentenced to 30 days probation after 10 days served on each charge, with time served to run concurrently. Minoque was also ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Randell Coates, 31, pleaded guilty to license to be in possession; and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, second or greater offense, which was amended to reckless driving. Coates was ordered to pay $125 in fines and $288 in court costs.

Cheryl Dye, 48, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, second offense, which was amended to reckless driving. Dye was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $248 in court costs.

Randall Ray Coates, 31, pleaded guilty to failure to produce insurance card, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine.

A bench warrant was issued for Nina Hogan, 40.

A bench warrant was issued for Breanna M. George, 19.

Stephanie R. Stinnett, 35, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Hubert S. Mudd, 46, pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, and was sentenced to 30 days probation. Mudd was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

Amber D. Horton, 23, pleaded guilty to one headlight and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance. Horton was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Nicholas E. Parker, 25, pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, driving on a DUI-suspended license. Parker was sentenced to 90 days probation after 10 days served, and was ordered to pay $40 in fines and $143 in court costs.

Betty Lynn Puckett, 51, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seatbelts, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and obstructed vision and/or windsheild. Puckett was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.

Michael Ray Banet, 62, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Jeffrey Heisler, 55, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Heisler was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168 in court costs.

Gregory Clark pleaded guilty to no insurance, expired registration, and expired plates. Clark was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $40 in fines.

Jennifer Webb pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment, and was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served. Webb was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.
