Sept. 24--A bench warrant was issued for Jamie R. Marienau, 40.

Richard I. Givens, II, 45, pleaded guilty to loitering and public intoxication with a controlled substance other than alcohol. Givens was sentenced to 90 days probation after four days served, and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $258 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Gaylen Ray Logan, 19.

Tabitha Ellen Howard, 43, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, and was sentenced to 30 days probation after four days served. Howard was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

Edward R. Carroll, 38, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Carroll was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.

William C. Hackett, 25, pleaded guilty to speeding 16 miles per hour over the speed limit; operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license, which was amended to license to be in possession; and failure to surrender a revoked operator's license, which was merged with the previous charge. Hackett was ordered to pay $57 in fines and $200 in court costs.

Matthew W. Parks, 47, pleaded guilty to speeding 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit, which was amended to speeding 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. Park was was referred to State Traffic School and was ordered to pay $143 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Courtney M. Falkenstein, 25.

A bench warrant was issued for Jeremy W. Rigsby, 26.

Donald Lee Highfill, 23, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and failure to produce an insurance card. Highfill was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $168</money> in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Stanley Adam Saltsman, 27.

Charles T. Gibson, 32, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts and no/expired registration plates. Gibson was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $193 in court costs.

Melissa E. Miller, 38, pleaded guilty to failure to wear seat belts; failure to produce an insurance card; and operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Miller was sentenced to 30 days probation and was ordered to pay $50 in fines and $218 in court costs.

James E. Logsdon, 52, pleaded guilty to disregarding a stop sign and failure to comply with helmet law of for persons under age 21. Logsdon was ordered to pay $45 in fines and $188 in court costs.

Melissa Ellen Miller, 38, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license, which was amended to license to be in possession. Miller was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Michael L. Burch, 49, pleaded guilty to operating a boat/watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $393 in court costs.

Joshua C. Cahoe, 20, pleaded guilty to speeding 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, and was ordered to pay a $20 fine and $163 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Phillip Lee England, 37.

A bench warrant was issued for Daniel Allen Hughes, 39.

Devon Higdon, 21, pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment in the first degree, which was amended to second degree. Higdon was sentenced to 365 days probation after 30 days served, and was ordered to pay $183 in court costs.

A bench warrant was issued for Fernando Ware, 45.
