DST Health Solutions Appoints Healthcare Industry Veteran To Lead New Era Of Innovation

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., July 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DST Health Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of technology solutions and services to health plans, integrated delivery systems, and health care providers, today announced that Teri Mullaney has been chosen as the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Mullaney, a 25-year veteran of the healthcare industry, has served as DST Health Solutions' Chief Strategy Officer since 2012. In her new role, she will focus on the critical functions necessary for the organization's success in an evolving government-sponsored healthcare industry, including innovative approaches to revenue and expense management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

According to Jonathan Boehm, CEO of DST's HealthCare segment, Ms. Mullaney's selection followed an extensive review of both internal and external candidates.

Before coming to DST, Ms. Mullaney held leadership positions with large companies like Equifax and EDS, and worked with investors to lead small- and mid-sized companies such as Q Mark, Adaptis, and Outcomes Health. She has particular experience with corporate development, product management, sales, and marketing. 

Ms. Mullaney will take over for Steve Sabino, who announced his plan to retire earlier this year on June 30. Mr. Sabino, who has been President of DST Health Solutions since 2000, will be working with Ms. Mullaney on the transition for the remainder of his tenure.
