Dec. 17--Sheriff's Report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls on Saturday.

Warrant

1:45 a.m. A 25-year-old man was arrested on a Leech Lake Tribal warrant on the 100 block of 6th Street NW in Cass Lake.

Accident

3:33 p.m. A 72-year-old man was cited for driving too fast for conditions following a two vehicle property damage accident on main Street W and 3rd Ave. S in Tenstrike.

DWI

1:50 a.m. A 30-year-old man was arrested for DWI on the 7100 block of Pete Lane NW in Bemidji.

5:23 p.m. A 53-year-old man was arrested for DWI after deputies responded to report of a vehicle in the ditch on Buzzle Road NW and Aure Road NW in Bemidji.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls on Sunday.

Warrant

7:57 a.m. A 24-year-old woman and a 23-year-old woman were arrested on outstanding felony warrants on the 2200 block of Jones Town Hall Road in Bemidji.

Property Damage

11:41 a.m. A vehicle was broken into and a purse was stolen from inside on the 2500 block of Washington Ave. S.

Theft

12:25 p.m. A purse was stolen on the 2500 block of Washington Ave. S in Bemidji. A credit card inside the purse was attempted to be used at several area businesses.

Accident

10:17 a.m. A 23-year-old man was cited for no insurance after losing control and hitting median safety cables on Highway 2 NW and Theater Lane NW in Bemidji.

11:43 a.m. A deer was struck by a vehicle on Highway 72 in Blackduck.

3:03 p.m. Deputy responded to a hit and run property damage accident on the 600 block of Patriot Drive NW in Bemidji.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Friday:

Property Damage

3:56 p.m. Officer took report of a property damage and stolen items from a vehicle complaint on the 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Disorderly Conduct

10:33 a.m. Officers responded to a family dispute over Christmas lights on the 800 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

5:18 p.m. A 53-year-old man was arrested on a probation violation following a disorderly conduct report on the 400 block of Bemidji Ave. N.

Accident

7:25 a.m. A juvenile female was cited to failure to yield following report of a two car crash on Division Street W.

6:57 p.m. A 38-year-old woman was cited for inattentive driving on 1st Street SE and Washington Ave. S

Assault

11:36 a.m. Two juveniles were arrested following a fight/assault report at Bemidji Middle School on the 1900 block of Middle School Drive NW.

6:56 p.m. A 38-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault on the 800 block of 26th Street NW.

9:21 p.m. A 32-year-old woman was arrested for assault on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW.

Minor Consumption

11:14 p.m. An 18-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man were cited for minor consumption on the 2000 block of Birchmont Drive NE.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Saturday:

Violation

1:31 a.m. A 28-year-old man was arrested for violation of condition of release for consuming alcohol after officers responded to report of a man walking in the middle of Irvine Ave. NW on 15th Street.

DWI

3:15 a.m. A 32-year-old man was arrested for DWI on the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S.

2:09 a.m. A 21-year-old woman was arrested for DWI on 18th Street NW and Bemidji Ave. N.

Homeless

4:51 p.m. Three subjects were removed from the Peoples Church on the 800 block of America Ave. NW following a disorderly conduct call. The complainant requested an officer respond in order to assist with the removal of the three subjects due to them causing a disturbance, creating a mess in the basement and consuming alcohol in the church. One subject left prior to officer's arrival and the other two left without further incident.

5:50 p.m. Officers responded to a medical involving two homeless males lying on the sidewalk on 3rd Street NW. Both men were transported to the hospital and placed on 72-hour holds.

Theft

3:18 a.m. A 25-year-old man was arrested following a stolen vehicle report on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

9:20 a.m. Officer took report of a theft from a vehicle and property damage on the 800 block of Paul Bunyan Drive SE.

11:23 a.m. A 30-year-old man was cited for shoplifting on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

9:16 p.m. A theft of purse from a vehicle was reported on the 1100 block of Event Center Drive NE.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Sunday:

Underage Drinking

1:19 a.m. An 18-year-old man was cited for minor consumption on the 400 block of 19th Street NE.

Disturbing the Peace

7:29 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a drunk male in the entryway of a one-story building looking for the second story on the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Man left without incident.

Warrant

12:49 a.m. A 21-year-old man was arrested on a warrant on the 2500 block of Phoenix Loop NW.

11:34 a.m. A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and for fleeing on foot on the 300 block of Park Ave.

Vehicle Offense

3:44 p.m. A 43-year-old woman was arrested and a 22-year-old woman, a 20-year-old man and a 49-year-old man were cited for an unrestrained child in a vehicle on the 2500 block of Irvine Ave. NW.

Disorderly Conduct

2:30 a.m. A 42-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.

3:58 p.m. A 23-year-old man was arrested for consumption in public after officers responded to a report of a passed out male at Wal-Mart on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Theft

7:48 p.m. A 56-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant and a 34-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were cited for shoplifting on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Property Damage

8:00 p.m. Officer took report of property damage to and theft from an unattended vehicle on the 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

8:02 p.m. Officer took report of property damage to and theft from an unattended vehicle on the 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

8:13 p.m. Officer took report of property damage to vehicle on the 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Underage Drinking

1:26 a.m. A 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were cited for underage drinking on the 300 block of 19th Street NE.
