CoreLogic to Acquire Decision Insight’s Holdings in Symbility [Professional Services Close – Up]

Symbility Solutions Inc., provider of cloud-based and smartphone/ tablet-enabled claims technology using data for the property and casualty insurance industry, announced that CoreLogic, a residential property information, analytics and services provider, has reached a definitive agreement to purchase all of Decision Insight Information Group's indirect ownership interest in 61,404,748 common shares of Symbility Solutions.

According to a release, agreement was formed contemporaneous with their purchase of Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB) and DataQuick.

We believe MSB is a compelling strategic fit with our existing property- related data assets, analytics, and spatial solutions businesses," stated Frank Martell, Chief Financial Officer, CoreLogic.
