As Associate Deputy Commissioner, Ms. Oshman will serve as the Commissioner's designee for most quasi-judicial hearings, where aggrieved parties have the opportunity to have their cases heard.
Prior to joining the MIA, Oshman served as the Chief Deputy Director in the
