Combined Insurance Company Of America Names Des Bosnic, Senior Vice President And National Sales Manager Of Accident
CHICAGO - (November 4, 2004) Combined Insurance Company of America, a unit of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), announces that Des Bosnic has been named senior vice president and national sales manager of accident of Combined Insurance Company, US.
Bosnic joined Combined in 1983 in Australia, where he quickly rose to regional manager, demonstrating excellent leadership abilities and developing what has become his hallmark - training and staff development. He was promoted to general manager of Combined Germany in 2002.
"We are very pleased that Des has accepted this appointment. I will retain responsibility for the day-to-day operations in Accident for the remainder of 2004 while Des becomes acquainted with our US team and develops the 2005 plans for our Accident group," said Richard Ravin, Combined chairman and chief executive.
