Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for an Audio Visual Upgrade for 4 Conference Rooms and 12 Classrooms at the Advanced Training Centetr, located at 440 Koonce Road, Harpers Ferry, WV25425, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated March 11, 2014. RFQ HSBP1014Q0108 is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 334310 and has a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees. The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this procurement and the Wage Determination Number is 2005-3017 Revision Number 13, dated 06/19/2013. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price and technically acceptable. Please provide a breakout of cost data with your quotation submission. This solicitation/contract is subject to the Service Contract Act, Wage Determination Number 2005-3017 Revision 13 dated 06/19/2013. Awardee must register in System for Award Management (SAM)(www.sam.gov) and received oayment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a condition of the contract. Registration in SAM requires a valid Dun & Bradstreet number. Please complete and sign the price quote form attached (Standard Form (SF) 1449) and return the SF-1449. YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE AND SIGN Blocks 30a, 30b and 30c. on page one (1) of the SF-1449 form. Quotes that are incomplete, unsigned, or late will not be considered.
