This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is 10506266 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Request for Proposals are due by 11 June 20141 p.m. (PST). The RFP will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting proposals to procure the following supply or services: CLIN 0001: Portable Handheld Radios Provide a Eight (8) Portable Handheld Radios Specifications: Radios must provide full spectrum multiband frequency coverage: 700 MHz-800 MHz frequency range, VHF (136 MHz-174 MHz) and UHF (380 MHz-520 MHz). Radio must also have built in GPS for tracking. Radio also must meet Department of Homeland Security's P25 Compliance Assessment Program (CAP). Radio must be compatible with Harris Radios. Radios must meet the MIL-STD-810F military standards which ensure its ruggedness and reliability for operations. Provide a Eight (8) P25 Encryption Feature Package Provide a Eight (8) P25 Data Feature Package Provide a Eight (8) Li-Polymer Battery Provide a Eight (8) Antenna, flex, helical, 136-870 MHz, Unity Provide a Eight (8) Speaker Mic, Bluetooth Provide a Eight (8) Belt Clip, Metal Provide a Two (2) Cable, USB, Programming Provide a Two (2) Cable, KLV, Key Loading Provide a Eight (8) Unity Portable 1-Bay Charger Provide a Eight (8) Speaker Microphone, IS Provide a Eight (8) Li Polymer Battery, Spare Provide a One (1) Radio Personality Manger Software Must meet minimum Specifications Requirements for your proposal: Please submit a proposal on your company letterhead showing a price per contract line item (CLIN) with at total price at the bottom. Include the following information on your proposal: cage code, Tax ID number, company name, phone number, contact, and email. Offerors must be registered on the Systems for Award Management database (SAM). Only contractors who are registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability.
