Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Targets Banks Failing To Disclose Toxic Chinese Drywall To Foreclosure Home Buyers In Florida/Gulf States

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is launching a major new initiative designed to assist home buyers who purchased a foreclosure in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Houston metro area of Texas after April of 2009--with no disclosure from the bank or foreclosure agent that the property contained toxic Chinese drywall, or Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall. The group says, "we have been warning banks to stop reselling toxic Chinese drywall homes without complete disclosures for a year; they are still doing it, so we intend to try and help these victims get compensation. Would a banker selling foreclosures in Florida with toxic Chinese drywall move their family into one of these homes? We think not." The group says, "we believe long term exposure to a home that contains toxic Chinese drywall is going to be really, really bad from a health standpoint. We think banks knowingly dumping toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures is beyond negligent, and we want to hear from the victims." For more information victims in Florida or other US Gulf states who purchased a residential real estate foreclosure from a bank after 2009, only later to discover the home or condominium contained toxic Chinese drywall, should call the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via their web site athttp://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com.

(Vocus) October 21, 2010 -- The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has been warning banks to stop selling toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures in Florida and other Gulf states for over a year. More recently, the group has been calling on a moratorium of the sale of Florida or Gulf states foreclosures that contain toxic Chinese drywall because of a new fear related to sleazy real estate flippers making huge profits at the expense of innocent home buyers who have never heard about toxic Chinese drywall. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "we think there are thousands of 2009-2010 home buyers in Florida or Gulf states who bought a bank foreclosure, only later to discover the home is basically worthless because of toxic Chinese drywall. We think these people have been damaged beyond comprehension, we want to hear from them, and we want to try to get help for them." Victims of a bank selling a 2009-2010 Florida or Gulf states foreclosure that contains toxic Chinese drywall, without disclosure are encouraged to call the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or they can contact the group via its web site at http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com.

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "the toxic Chinese drywall disaster is the absolute worst environmental disaster for US homeowners--ever! Toxic Chinese drywall gasses are corrosive enough to eat through copper pipes, or turn electrical wiring black--so how is this going to be good for the children who live in these homes? Can you blame homeowners for just walking away?" They say, "we are not going to back down on going after banks for selling Florida or Gulf states home foreclosures known to have the signs or symptoms of toxic Chinese drywall after April 2009. This includes the morons who run Fannie Mae. In this case the banks, and Fannie Mae not only put a family at risk--they also sold a home that ultimately will turn into a foreclosure again." The group says, "Wall Street needs to wake up to the Chinese drywall disaster too. By reselling toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures in Florida and all other Gulf states--without disclosure--banks have put their shareholders at enormous risk. Once the heath effects are known--we think these lawsuits are worth millions for each house sold without disclosure, and we are going after it." Victims of a bank or foreclosure agent selling a bank owned 2009-2010 Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Southeast Texas foreclosure, that contains toxic Chinese drywall, or had symptoms of toxic Chinese drywall--without any type of disclosure--should contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center immediately at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com.

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is also saying, "not only are we going to need help from skilled plaintiffs attorneys, in an effort to make things right for homeowners, who were not told about toxic Chinese drywall in a bank foreclosure in Florida, or other Gulf states, we are also going to need skilled shareholder attorneys." They say,"it's more than just banks that forgot to inform their shareholders about toxic Chinese drywall, and the enormous liability. Why didn't US air conditioning makers mention something-say in 2003? How about the homebuilders insurance companies--what-----you didn't notice the undocumented workers on the job sites, or the fact AC coils were failing at unprecedented rates?" http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com.
