Catherine Pipitone Joins Preferred Concepts as Director of Customer Services

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Preferred Concepts, LLC, www.preferredconcepts.com, a leading program underwriter and specialty insurance broker, announced Monday that Catherine Pipitone has joined the firm as Executive Vice President and Director of Customer Services. In this newly created role, Cathy will manage Preferred’s underwriting teams and will be responsible for the service delivery to Preferred’s customers.

As an industry veteran with experience in both brokerage and underwriting management, Cathy is ideally suited for this role. Her brokerage experience allows her insight into the needs of Preferred’s customers, while her underwriting background will help Preferred operate as efficiently as possible. Prior to joining Preferred, Cathy managed the New York office for Kevin Davis Insurance Services.
