Catanese & Wells Announces Complementary Estate and Probate Law Seminar

Catanese & Wells, a law corporation based in Westlake Village that specializes in California probate law, recently announced that it would be offering complementary seminars to the public to address common issues which arise in the creation of wills and trusts. The firm will also discuss the problems which occur after the parents have passed away and the children are left with the parents’ estate.

Topics will include – when is a will or a trust open to a legal challenge, what are early signs of undue influence or fraud on an elderly person, what effect does a “no contest” clause mean in an estate document, as well as the definition of a conservatorship in California. Catanese & Wells will be offering the complementary seminars starting in January of 2014 throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
