In this role, Marie is responsible for the development, delivery and growth strategy of the firm's human resource consulting practice, which advises and supports clients across all aspects of the employee life cycle to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and HR effectiveness.

Killian brings diverse experience in human resources, insurance, risk management and law to the firm. As a results oriented, strategic thinker, she has a proven track record of improving efficiencies and reducing costs for employers in a variety of industries, including media, healthcare, manufacturing, education, airline, pharmaceutical and professional association. Employer groups have ranged in size from small to mid-sized organizations up to Fortune 50 corporations.

Most recently as Executive Director with Comcast, Killian was responsible for the strategic planning of the absence management program and the overall administration of all leaves of absence for a benefits eligible population of over 100,000 employees. Prior to Comcast she created and led the successful development of integrated health and productivity product offerings with a particular focus on compliance and employee wellness for Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company. At Aon Consulting, Killian managed and delivered consulting services in the areas of benefits administration, strategic management of leaves and benefit programs, risk management, workers' compensation, disability management, the Family and Medical Leave Act and employment-related regulatory compliance.
